Release 12 Onsite First Pass Upgrade

While upgrading the Vision instance gives your technical staff a comprehensive, hands-on opportunity to understand how to perform the upgrade, there’s nothing quite like upgrading with your own data. TruTek offers a special two week onsite upgrade of your data. We’ll work against a clone of your database with your technical staff. We’ll hit unique issues that can only happen with your data. We’ll likely log a few Service Requests with Oracle, and you should not be surprised if you have follow on work that needs to be accomplished before you can launch a full-scale upgrade effort.
