The E-Business Suite Upgrade Readiness AssessmentOur Upgrade Readiness Assessment will help you identify the gaps between your current release and the latest Release 11i or Release 12 to determine what upgrade effort is required. We also look for hardware, communications and operating system gaps. We review your existing infrastructure strategy and high-level operations, and your existing modules and we identify new modules to be added. We assess the database, reporting and interface transition issues and evaluate management controls that are required to support an upgrade, including timing, resources and training issues. We provide a detailed report that includes our recommended approach, which may be either an upgrade or a re-implementation, depending on your business needs. Functional Upgrade AssessmentWe work with you to determine if R12 is right for you. Our functional consultants get answers for you and walk you through models of best practices—always on the lookout for potential bottlenecks, control risks and possible improvements. We examine your problems and determine how R.12 can address them. We can spot opportunities for streamlining work, tightening controls and adding efficiencies that save time and money. We will estimate upgrade costs and determine how well R12.1 will meet your needs, bring desired results, and produce real benefits. Technical Upgrade Assessment ServiceThe technical assessment investigates future capacity requirements, Tech Stack Version Compatibility and Patch Levels, current Issues from Log files, current unresolved service requests, and hardware. Security AssessmentTruTek's Security Assessment evaluates your Oracle database and E-Business Suite environment. We review your environment for Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) compliance and SOX compliance, including Visibility and Control, Segregation of Duties, User Access, and Business Process Controls. This is one area where what you don't know about whether your environment is secure can really hurt you. Implement a New E-Business Suite Module AssessmentImplementing a new module isn't just a matter of flipping a switch on the licensing menu.
