Prioritize the Business Needs: TruTek conducts Executive Workshops designed to refine business objectives and evaluate process, organizational and technical readiness for leveraging the Internet. The result of the workshop is a prioritized set of Integration Services functions that will form the basis of an implementation plan.

Quantify the Business Benefits: When an enterprise requires a detailed analysis of costs and benefits associated with implementing an Development solution, TruTek conducts a Solution Value Assessment.
