- Train the Trainer approach, teaching your super-users what to teach others. This works well for the financial modules, and is essential for Self-Service applications, such as SSHR. For example, you may have 400 iProc users that need training.
- Mentor the DBA staff on new utilities and procedures
Project Plans TruTek has complete, tested project plans from previous engagements that serve as a baseline. - Customize to each customer
- Update Patch Levels based on Client requirements
Project management - TruTek can provide turn-key 11i upgades or augment your resources to manage the project. The functional or technical lead may act as project manager on smaller projects.
Upgrade Hardware - TruTek has powerful upgrade hardware available for customers that may not have an upgrade machine available
